Roadmap Q4 2025

Milestones to Date

In February, we realized that Trump is key to the future of humanity and AI, and we need to launch The Deal of the Century. Until September 2025, we selected the most likely key potential influencers of Trump’s AI policy to champion a bold US-China-led global AI treaty. We conducted a deep philosophical, psychological, and interest analysis of them, including three week-long deep-analysis sprints. These led to the development of highly tailored open letters and ad-hoc strategic briefs for each to (privately) persuade them to join a critical mass for a pitch to Trump. All such work culminated in the 130-page Strategic Memo of The Deal of the Century, with over 20 contributors, which was published on September 24th. In October, we traveled to DC and the Bay Area for in-person outreach.

Roadmap in Gist (Q4/25 > Q1/26)

  • Extend and update the Strategic Memo (v. 2.1), particularly in outreach communications.

  • Mostly avoid mainstream media and social media coverage to prevent “stealing the thunder” from Trump and influencers who may take up our proposals
