  • Version 3.0, a full update due September 5th.

  • Version 2.9 (coming August 9th, 2026), an Executive Summary-Only update,

  • Version 2.8 (June 26th, 2026), is a 53-page Executive Summary-Only update. ‍It also Includes a June 26th One-Pager & 3rd Open Letter to President Trump and a June 26th 15-page Open Case for Anthropic to Decisively Foster a Proper US-China-led AI Treaty.

  • Version 2.6 (Dec 30th, 2025) a 356-page feasibility analysys, scenario planning, including 150 pages of profiling of key potential influencers of Trump's AI policy.

  • Version 2.0 (Sep 2025). Due to the acceleration of AI progress and radically increased AI geopolitical asymmetry, we shifted focus to China and the US, and especially key potential influencers of Trump's AI Policy. 

  • Version 1.0 (Sep 2024) we aimed at fostering a bold AI treaty by coalescing a diverse coalition of the willing of  non-superpower states.
