The series Strategic Memo of The Deal of the Century:

  • Strategic Memo of The Deal of the Century (v2.6) (Dec 30th, 2025) we added what we learned during our October 2025 US persuasion tour, including greatly expanded influencer profiles and strategic analysis, and updated the text to reflect recent news. The document grew from 130 pages to over 356. A new version of the Open/Direct Letters to the Influencers will be published as v.3.0 in end of February 2026.

  • Strategic Memo of The Deal of the Century (v2.0) (Sep 2025), due to the acceleration of AI progress and radically increased AI geopolitical asymmetry, we shifted focus to China and the US, and especially key potential influencers of Trump's AI Policy. 

  • Case for a Coalition for a Barich Plan for AI (v1.0)(Sep 2024) we aimed at fostering a bold AI treaty by coalescing a diverse coalition of the willing of  non-superpower states.
