Funding Needs

With only $75,000 in funding so far, we were able to activate 2,100 hours of professional pro-bono work and realize astounding achievements in 2025. We are now seeking $100,000–$400,000 to move to the next stage (and an urgent $10–30k bridge funding).

We have operated at ~$7,500/month, a fraction of typical DC policy NGOs. Every dollar goes to the mission—no fancy offices, no high staff costs. $50 covers a day of research. $250 funds a strategic meeting. Even small recurring donations of $100/month have proven critical during funding crises or bridge phases.

  • $60,000 — Extend and Amplify Extend runway into mid-2026. Add one outreach support staff. Engage part-time consultants to expand and sharpen the Memo. Launch targeted op-eds and podcasts. Fund critical travel.

  • $150,000 — Building Momentum Sustain twelve months of growth. Hire two part-time staff. Organize closed-door dinners in Washington DC and Mar-a-Lago. Support targeted media framing the treaty as "peace through strength." Expand NGO and think tank partners. Execute extensive second Persuasion Tour.

  • $400,000 — Ready to 10-50x our impact Transform capacity. Move from one to three full-time staff. Launch highly targeted multi-channel campaign across podcasts, op-eds, and direct outreach. Deepen the scientific and diplomatic scope of Strategic Memo updates timed to each Trump-Xi summit.
