Contributors to the Strategic Memo

The Strategic Memo of the Deal of the Century - or more formally the Case for a Coalition for a Baruch Plan for AI (v.2): The Deal of the Century - was produced via a six-month collective effort by the Coalition for a Baruch Plan for AI. It is a continuation of the December 2024 Case for a Coalition for a Baruch Plan for AI (v.1).

Our work so far has benefited from hundreds of hours of contributions by over 20 exceptional, multidisciplinary experts, primarily selected from the members, advisors, and supporters of the Coalition and the Trustless Computing Association, as well as the convenor of the Coalition.

  • (US) Felix De Simone. Head of USA Outreach of the Coalition for a Baruch Plan for AI. Organizing Director of PauseAI USA. Main contributor. Was also the co-author of Version 1.

  • (Israel) David Manheim, Founder and Head of the Association for Long Term Existence and Resilience. Advisor of CBPAI. 

  • (US) Romeo Dean. Co-author of the AI 2027 scenario. Researcher at AI Futures Project. Former researcher at the Institute for AI Policy and Strategy. Harvard MA.

  • (USA) Mark Barwinski. Former Group Head of Cybersecurity Operations at Swiss bank UBS. Formerly a senior official at the TAO unit of the US National Security Agency. Advisor of CBPAI.
