Contributors to the Strategic Memo

The Strategic Memo of the Deal of the Century - or more formally the Case for a Coalition for a Baruch Plan for AI (v.2): The Deal of the Century - was produced via a six-month collective effort by the Coalition for a Baruch Plan for AI. It is a continuation of the December 2024 Case for a Coalition for a Baruch Plan for AI (v.1).

Our work so far benefited from hundreds of hours of contributions by over 20 exceptional multidisciplinary experts, primarily selected from the members, advisors and supporters of the Coalition and the Trustless Computing Association, convenor of the Coalition. 

The main contributors to versions 1 or 2, so far, span extraordinary expertise in AI safety, cybersecurity, global governance, philosophy, and more: 

  • Felix De Simone (US). Head of USA Outreach of the Coalition for a Baruch Plan for AI. Organizing Director of PauseAI USA. Main contributor. Was also the co-author of Version 1.

  • (Israel) David Manheim, Founder and Head of the Association for Long Term Existence and Resilience. Advisor of CBPAI. 

  • (UK/Russia) Boris Taratine. Former Chief Cyber Security Architect at Lloyds Banking Group, and Principal Security Architect at VISA Europe. Advisor of TCA.

  • (Italy) Erica Bassani. Book author, philosopher and Buddhist meditation teacher. Founder of the Women Awakening Project. Contributed 70+ hours of deep philosophical analysis of Trump's AI influencers.  Team member at CBPAI.
