Launching The Strategic Memo of The Deal of the Century: a U.S. Tour for a Global AI Treaty
On September 24th, we published the Strategic Memo of Deal of the Century — a bold blueprint to persuade Donald Trump and his key AI policy influencers to champion a U.S.-led global AI treaty.
Why? Because humanity faces a historic fork in the road. As leading labs like OpenAI, xAI, and Meta openly race toward Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) — AI beyond durable human control — even top AI lab leaders admit the risks of extinction or irreversible concentration of power.
We’ve been here before. In 1946, President Truman’s advisors helped him launch the Baruch Plan: the boldest treaty proposal in history, to place all dangerous nuclear technologies under global control. Though vetoed, it nearly succeeded. Today, we have a second chance — this time with AI.
Our Memo shows how a critical mass of key potential influencers of Trump’s AI policy — from J.D. Vance and Sam Altman to Steve Bannon and Pope Leo XIV — could sway him to pursue the “Deal of the Century”: a fair, enforceable global AI treaty co-led with China.
Now begins the U.S. Tour. Over the coming weeks, we’ll bring this case directly to Washington, Silicon Valley, and Mar-a-Lago.
